As we launch our 2023 plan to continue our purpose of empowering black women to be well, be loved and be you, we wanted to ensure that we emphasized everyday women seeing themselves in this purpose. We are all on a journey to grow and get closer to who we are destined to become. However, we’d like to challenge you in believing that you are already THE IT GIRL, even as you continue to evolve.
